1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BibleApp services, including the iOS application, website at https://bibleapp.top, and associated features (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

• You must have legal capacity to enter into binding terms under laws applicable to your location.
• You are responsible for maintaining account credentials and all activities under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date.
• You may not use the Service if prohibited by applicable law.

3. Service Description

BibleApp is a faith-centered community platform supporting Bible daily reading discussion, content sharing, lending and borrowing interactions, and story exchange among users globally. The Service may evolve over time, and features may be added, modified, suspended, or removed.

4. Community Conduct Rules

• Respect others; no harassment, hate, threats, abuse, or unlawful discrimination.
• No illegal content, scams, impersonation, malware, or unauthorized data extraction.
• No intellectual property infringement; only post content you own or are licensed to share.
• No disruption of Service integrity, security testing without authorization, or automated abuse.
• No publication of private personal information without lawful basis and consent where required.

5. User Content and License

• You retain ownership of content you submit.
• You grant BibleApp a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, adapt for technical delivery, and distribute your content solely for operating, improving, securing, and promoting the Service.
• You represent that your content and activity comply with applicable law and third-party rights.
• We may remove, restrict, or review content that may violate these Terms, law, or community safety standards.

6. Lending and Borrowing Disclaimer

Any lending or borrowing interactions between users are user-managed activities. BibleApp is not a party to user-to-user transactions and does not guarantee outcomes, fulfillment, condition, legality, quality, or safety of exchanged resources. Users are responsible for local law compliance and prudent judgment.

7. Monetization, Ads, and Mission Statement

The Service may display ads and use monetization systems including AdMob, InMobi, Liftoff, Unity, Chartboost, Meta, and related mediation services.

Ad-derived income is used for operating expenses such as infrastructure, maintenance, and security. The team does not distribute profit for personal gain. A portion of net revenue after essential operational costs may be donated to support people in need globally.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

• The Service design, software, marks, and non-user content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works from protected elements of the Service.
• "BibleApp" names, logos, and branding are proprietary unless explicitly licensed otherwise.

9. Prohibited Commercial and Technical Abuse

• No unauthorized scraping, crawling beyond permitted robots directives, or data mining for resale.
• No bot-farming, ad fraud, click manipulation, or synthetic engagement.
• No unauthorized API use, credential stuffing, brute force, or infrastructure abuse.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, or limit access when necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, or maintain Service integrity. Where feasible and lawful, we may provide notice and appeal options.

11. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete error-free operation, or universal compatibility across all devices and regions.
• User-generated content reflects user views; BibleApp is not responsible for every user statement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BibleApp and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising from use of the Service.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded, aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) amounts paid by you to BibleApp in the preceding 12 months, or (b) USD 50, unless a different minimum is required by mandatory law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BibleApp and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your content, your violation of these Terms, or your unlawful use of the Service, except to the extent prohibited by law.

14. Regional Consumer Rights and Mandatory Law

Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights under laws applicable to your place of residence. If any clause conflicts with mandatory law, that clause is interpreted to minimum extent necessary, and remaining clauses continue in effect.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the primary operating jurisdiction of BibleApp, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise. Disputes should first be raised through good-faith support contact at support@bibleapp.top.

Where enforceable and not prohibited by local law, disputes may be resolved by competent courts in the operator's principal jurisdiction. Users in certain regions may retain rights to local courts under mandatory law.

16. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect legal, technical, product, or operational changes. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
